About E-Street Kitchens
E-Street Kitchens is a chef-driven hospitality company founded by Executive Chef Stephen Matthews, bringing over 40 years of international culinary and business leadership. Unlike traditional mobile food operations, we are a portfolio of specialized mobile kitchen brands, each focused on delivering a unique culinary experience. Our concepts range from chef-created burgers and specialty coffee to healthy desserts, baked potatoes, and grilled sandwiches—all built around fresh ingredients, scratch-made recipes, consistent quality, and professional service.
What sets us apart is our combination of culinary expertise, operational excellence, and long-term vision. Every concept is supported by standardized operating procedures, food safety systems, and proven business processes developed from decades of experience managing luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, cruise ships, and large-scale foodservice operations worldwide. We serve families, professionals, event organizers, and businesses throughout Southern Arizona, delivering restaurant-quality food with efficiency and scalability designed for growth.
